The new San Giovanni Battista Hospital in Foligno is a facility that includes all sanitary branches, organized by intensity of care (inpatient, day hospital, intensive care, emergency and ER).
The facility is characterized by high flexibility and possibility of expansion both horizontally and vertically

The hospital has a planned capacity of 418 beds, with 12 high-tech operating theatres, 10 of which are
for emergency and planned surgery, and 2 for outpatient surgery.

Internal layout spans over 53,000 m2, encouraging the aggregation of homogeneous functions in order to promote an organization based on departmental services, with simplification and separation of paths for different users, materials and goods.

The building is conceived with developed technologies both from the point of view of the construction technique and in terms of plants efficiency, adopting remote supervision of technological plants, transport systems and the related ancillary services.
