The Campus spans over an area of over three acres with 25,000 m2 of residential floor area and 2,000 m2 for car parks. The Hall of Residence has a total capacity of 814 beds in 260 double rooms, 234 single rooms and 30 suites, and hosts reception and leisure areas open to the public.

The building, on three levels, is composed of main body with EW orientation, dedicated to the services and apartments for professors, grafted on six bodies of student housing, each identified by a color.

South heads of the blocks house kitchens and living areas servicing the rooms, and are connected by five bridges, giving the building a total permeability.
Ground and first floor of the main body house the main collective functions, linked by a double-height path facing the park, the neighborhood and the Monti Pisani through a large window.
